BOLT-ON INSTALLATION! NO WELDING REQUIRED!
Used on the fastest Honda's in the world! Fully fixtured and precision tig-welded chromoly construction. It hides beneath the rear bumper cover unseen to the naked eye. The mounting bar replaces the factory bumper and attaches to OEM mounting points on the chassis frame rails. With a centered hole in the bumper for the attachment clevis to go through, an aluminum plate covers the clevis and is riveted to the bumper to give the installation a completed finish.
Military/Aerospace NAS hardware along with a delrin bushing secures the parachute to the bumper bar along with the chute pack mount. The chute pack mount is constructed of lightweight thinwall tubing. We offer two types of upper attachment options which include a bracket that bolts to the OEM license plate location to which the chute pack mount is pinned in place quick and easy removal or triangle brackets that attach to facilitate to the body and are pinned to the chute pack mount. The chute pack mount also has a holder for cable retention.
